FWIW: I just opened my Fidelity Contafund Annual Report ending December 31, 1998. As of the end of 1998, the Fidelity Contrafund held only 60,500 shares of Micron Technologies Inc. Closing price of Micron at that time was $50.56. Contrafund as of the end of 1998 held 4,400,000 shares of Texas Instruments and 5,740,700 shares of Intel. Looks like the Contafund managers do not have a lot of faith in MU at $50/share levels.
