SC 13D/A filed today. Alex Muerelo/LPL now owns 866,000 shares of CHGO. He says that he is nominating himself and one other person to the CHGO Board of Directors, and also asking for a meeting with the Board to discuss future direction, etc. Sounds like this could be an interesting annual meeting. Maybe a proxy fight? Is anyone from this thread planning to go? Maybe one of us should go to represent all of us at the meeting. Here's a link to the filing: freeedgar.com
