NSOL - Why do you feel it's poised for a bullish move? It looks to me like it has failed to break to the upside and has just yesterday dropped down out of a brief consolidation. I would watch the 100 level for support, but I think that we will test that again before any upside progress gets made. Plus, heavy volume on the drop from the new highs...does not make me feel bullish there. j.o.
