Kip,I've stated it many times before(that's why I nolonger address this question,but you were polite in your request)..I don't own the stock,I'm not short the stock, I hold no Debs in the stock,I hold no rule 144 shares of this stock,I hold no options of this stock,and lastly,I have not loaned the company any money...The stock is just another BB study case for me,as I have also followed many others..I was originally brought here do to all the spamming on threads I post to--it peaked my interest. Also interested in stocks with fanatical shareholders(many other BB's come to mind),who continuously see the glass as half full..I perfer to always look at it as half empty,look at the worst first,for that is the foundation of the company..Lastly any stock with a hlf dozen or so threads started to discuss the stock,interests me..as it rings of hype..PS: curious why no one has responded to Swords "smoking gun" post,,is it because the bond holders made sure their butt's were covered,and it was outlined clearly in the passage he posted?//DD
