And then there is the subject of the reported increased authorized number, from 100mm to 114mm...why was it increased,why were shareholders not informed? Was there a vote in the board room? Will they continue to raise the authorized number to meet the need for more shares to issue? Remember this has been glossed over many times here in the past...no worries,we only have 100mm authorized shares--can't go any higher..ya da, ya da...well it is now higher,did you vote for the increase?//DD
PS: as I predicted the other day,,,"mark my words,you will either reverse split or increase the authorized"....well the latter proved out,words considered marked...
