2 Questions:

1)Do you know the legal status of the Jack Bates contract cancellation by Mobile. The last thing I heard was that FLC would take it to court if a reasonable settlement was not reached.

2)Do you know anything about the nature of the contract FLC has with Vastar? Is the contract finalized. What are the penalties for cancelation?
