The Street.com article was interesting, but it's a typical article of a lazy writer looking for tabloid headlines. He quotes a few people but I don't see a lot of info coming from ERTH or Sweetheat. Did he visit the plant? Did he check out the so called brittle samples. Has he presented us with a well researched story? How about quotes from people that are bullish on the stock with their reaction to the missed ship date. It's the same BS that dos'nt tell the average investor Jack S&@#$ about what's really going on.
Oh, and Khashoggi, I guess he's not allowed to be rich. All his money and stock should go to us morons. How many freaking shares of MSFT has Bill cashed in? Or how many million shares of stock has IBM given Lou? The rich get richer and that's how the market works. IF ERTH ships a product than Khashoggi and other insiders stand to make a lot of money, if the stock bombs before he's allowed to sell then he winds up with very little. Not enough to make it worthwhile if it's a "scam".
Look, ERTH came out in the IPO saying they have not proven they can mass produce. It's a speculative investment and there are quiet a few saying they can't do it and plenty that laid out $21 a share thinking they can. If Sweetheat winds up scrapping the lines next year then you get a free Big Mac for your efforts. It's no different then craps, I'm playing the pass line and you're playing the don't pass line. You're winning but the game is very young.
