DD, This thing in CA on gas and diesel is a bigger mess than Clinton and Kosovo, We have recently had 5 blow ups in refineries out here. The additive TB something has been taken off the shelf, with complete deletion due by 2003. Gas at the pump has jump .10 per day for the last week or so. Many of out 24 hours stations are now closed at 4pm. Personally I think the entire thing is created. Average price nationwide is 1.08 per. Ours on the central coast is 1.57 per. CA uses 1/5 of the worlds gas and 1/3 of the nation. Looks to me like we are headed back to 1973. Ken
