United Internet Technologies, Inc.(UIT) will premiere its corporate Web site, uitlive.com during the third week of April 1999. The site demonstrates UIT's proprietary Internet video delivery technology. "Parallel Addressing Video" (PAV). The technology enables Internet and Intranet websites to provide full-motion video and stereo audio in broadcast quality with zero-wait time. Please remember, UIT is a wholly owned subsidiary of UTDL. We expect UIT to do an IPO soon. Where should I expect UTDL stock to be in 6 months? How about the part of the UIT IPO that I can pick up?
