I guess the corollary question, (is corollary the right word?), would be if Steve was paid $100,000 in cash for his services would he invest it all in DCHT if he had bills to pay and food to buy at the same time? That would be a big vote of confidence!

I agree that he has info that we are not privy to and he is giving himself an option to sell if the market is right. Perhaps his silence is compliance with a quiet period which implies soon to come big news?
