IMO the potential of GTCI is unmatched by any other emerging internet company that I know of. Go to their web-site and look around. Look at the chart, growth off no hype. this month GTCI may break out because of three things:

1) The finalization of the China GPS agreement that includes GTCI alongside fortune 500 companies, in this first GPS consortium.
2) The hosting of the World Asian Banking conference this month. They own 50% of PAI, are are sponsers of the event alongside DELL and others. GTCI is marketing three US companies yk2 software, and expected revenue is high.
3) Shenzen Global, the first of 8 exclusive JV's (12 year-contract, automatically renewable) with China Telecom for ISP, e-commerce, and internet telephoning (that's over 300 million potential customers)will have become further developed.

The key to all of this happening was the acquisition of Regent Luck Holding, owned by three chinese nationals, who now own 40% of GTCI's 12.5 million shares, the float is 2.5 million. GTCI is linked tightly with ChinaTelecom and the chinese gov't through those three individuals.
Recently Microsoft and Gates were in China talking with China Telecom, and just last week AT&T, was entering negotiations with ChinaTelecom...GTCI is already there, and will be making deals with the top US computer e-commerce and internet companies for China's market in those exclusive GTCI markets.
