Ditchdigger, I do not know the nature of the debentures here, but the fact that a stock is a BB does not prevent certain well heeled individuals to short it. The broker will require ironclad collateral, a floorless will be perfect. The limit on $5 share is only for little fish like you and I, and is imposed by the brokerage house (so they have time to buy the shares under you if it goes against you, at $5, the shares only have to go to $7.5 to wipe you out and the house is left holding the bag) to cover their butts. This stock is an April 1 joke, is it not? It is not worth my while to look into it in more detail. When a company tells me they are on their death bed, I believe them. Zeev
