You have now spent the greater part of your time trying to discourage anyone from being associated with TSIG.com. At no time have I heard from you any mention of their accomplishments. If as you say this company has no interest in the shareholders explain these:

1. There has been recently an agreement signed for Signature Group to increase their account from $20 to 30 million. The profit margin is 25%. At full ramp that is $625,000/mo. That is over the burn rate for this company.

2. There are in the stable accounts that will produce substantial revenues. These will be considered profit to the EPS.

3. Have you ever spoken to anyone with the company about anything? I have on many occasions as have many of the others here. We have been met with courteous explanations to our questions. There has been some information held as required by the SEC Council and for the security of ongoing projects but released as soon as allowed.

4. Your agenda is no more than destruction of this forum and the reputation of TSIG. Every component of TSIG is geared for the wellbeeing of the shareholder. I have been incontact with many avenues of information instructive of the happenings of TSIG. All say there will be a successful company.

5. You say to discount the coming of Golin/Harris as the PR firm. I say to promote that happening as one of the primary proving points of TSIG's happening. The PR firm was told the complete story and given the necessary proof. They then signed TSIG as the first OTCBB stock they ever represented in their 75 year history.

6. Have you ever in your wildest dreams considered a Private Placement as a good thing? I know where we would all be if this placement had not happened. Now TSIG is looking for favorable replacement money now that there is something to show a lender. They do not want to continue taking funds from the PP. They want to buy back the PP with other borrowed money, revenues as they increase, or through a strategic investor.

7. Has there been any admission of the potential success of the Silicon Valley Operation by you or your cohort? Has it crossed your mind that John Hwang may have the talent and contacts to bring in substantial contracts? I have and I am very happy with the prospects.

These are some of the attributes of TSIG and they they are substantial. The only thing you have to offer is history of the destruction of such an offering on companies with no future. Try and do some DD on this company since there is no respect or belief from you in the information brought to this forum of investors by anyone else. See if there is something you can come up with that we don't already know. I'll just bet there are things happening and going to happen that is not known here that will overwhelm the negatives you seek to make so important.

I have to go now but wanted to toss a couple of things out.
