ADSN has a major selling point that needs to be understood & appreciated ... "As a relatively "young" company, ASI has no legacy technology to protect. ASI has built its client/server products on state-of-the art, open architecture platforms with the stated goal of eliminating the "proprietary" hardware and software that often holds customers hostage to their previous Information Technology choices. Because we utilize the industry "standards" (Windows, Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL Server, etc.) as the basis for our products, our solutions are faster and easier to implement and support." In very simple terms, many software developers want to protect there systems so well that they build them in a closed or proprietary manner. This of course makes them extremely expensive to maintain. Companies pay huge on going fees to the developers for this so called 'closed' system. ADSN is working in an open concept mind set which will clearly revolutionize their advantage. I bought a Radio Shack computer in the 80's which was built in a proprietary manner. If I wanted to upgrade my hard drive I had to buy it from Radio Shack, nothing else would work. I bought a Canon printer that required that I only use their cartridge .. again a proprietary structure. Needless to say, I will no longer buy from companies who operate in this manner. Today hardware or software companies who have a 'proprietary' nature will soon be out of favour & or out of business. Investors truly need to appreciate just how unique ADSN is in building their product. Hope this helps anyone to know more about ADSN. Mike
