Any IPO would be dependant upon timing, price terms and market conditions. If you look at the company now compared to a year ago how does it look? If you look at the direction it is going now compared to last year is this a better candidate for market support? If you compare the business models to the current successful IPO's and their pricing how does this company now stack up?

As in any venture management must weigh the odds. Build the foundation and choose the partners well in order to reduce the odds. Looking at the business model, the current web site developments and the clear new direction does this company which was once a kiosk company but is now clearly a lot more fit into the current successful business models? As this thread may well disappear after the merger, once there is no public market for the stock for a while, the opportunity exists now to discuss these issues on this thread. Any comments?
