Del: The most pleasureable thing that is going to occur in a very short time is that your constant whinning about the form 10 is going to cease. The company is not the evil monster hiding behind the lack of a filing. Unfortunately, these three year audits across borders do take alot of time regardless of your great knowledge of the process. The numbers are not going to be restated. The paid ad, just as you stated, indicates that the earnings as reported will not changed since they would be in trouble for the paid ad. Lighten up and smell the roses. tom
