Mr Wise...This is my very 1'st SI post. I bought IDTC last week, have read the many, many post on the different threads, and had to join this one just to refute you.

You keep assuming that IDTC management is going to "screw over" stockholders just like ZD. Uhhhhhhhh........Sorry but ZD did not "screw over" stock holders. Take a look at the chart - ZD stock holders had plenty of time to make lots and lots of money off of the spin-off. ..........and that is the "worst case scenario."

The best case scenario is AT&T and Lucent.

for both of these(and nearly all of the "in-betweens") the stockholders of the parent company made out like "mad-men".

Please at least admit you're wrong and this puppy is a winner.
