OT--Re: CompUSA

It's true their in store service is for shit--long lines, dumb sales help, some stores good displays some terrible--can be a total nightmare to shop there at holidays in particular--on the other hand, I don't think they'll be a casualty for the following reason:

1) Many people like to shop in stores--hands on and see/feel/try out the goods--w/ hardware anyway
2) They have a 6 months "no pay" policy on their charge card--has appealed to me and I've used it to my benefit, getting hardware/software "free" as long as I pay it off a day before the 6 mos date, which I do
3) Their prices are pretty good
4) They actually carry some good stuff

Seems to me DELL appeals to a more sophisticated, different market
