I don't know the details but was told they are negotiating with around four Class A investment bankers for a follow on financing to move them to the next stage. They already qualified to list on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market but want to go straight on to the National Market. They qualify now with a $5.00 minimum bid price and have a market cap of @$75 million or greater. If you want to get questions answered before making a decision phone Ken Shortt at 1 888 744 3044.
