Here is a post that is on freerealtime.com - If you purchased your HARTQ stock on March 31, 1999 - you are going to receive the new issue of NBNI (ie stocks will be coinverted) otherwise, there may be a problem if you purchased on April 1, 1999: Message: #7 of 8 From: kjkauffm 04/02/1999 16:40:50 HARTQ Investors: There is a message on the Raging Bull thread stating that all HARTQ shares were cancelled as of March 31st. Apparently, the company is stating they don't know why HARTQ was traded at all on April 1st. The new company, NBNI, will begin trading on Monday Apr. 5th. It is also stated on the thread that HARTQ shareholders will not hold any shares of NBNI. This sounds highly unusual. I bought into HARTQ on April 1st when over 3 million shares were traded on that day. Someone has some explaining to do!!
