Yes - PCR/PCP commited $10MM to that program. Considering they cut back Capital expenditures significantly (30%) for 1999 based on reduced cash flows from 1998 - IT shows that this was one of their higher priority projects.

Ideally they would prefer Gas but Oil will do fine also . Bis expectations for this program
