This is my take on the Filing - BUx go to yahoo read about hartq it says in the SEC form 10-k dated MARCH 31,1999 on the effective date of reorganization the old common stock will be canceled and new common stock of the reorganized company will be issued Well was the reorganization on thursday if so I would love to see the new shares in my account. From what it sounds like the old will be the new... This was a post on the Raging Bull. I shall be calling back Monday too; I did call Friday, but did not receive a return call. Since the shares did sell on April, the company will HAVE to honor those shares traded and provide the new issues to those shareholders. It was active in contradiction to the documents filed and restitution will have to be made. Jacalyn
