stock leader and WST, SI earnings (red label "earnings" at the top of the thread) say that GNET earnings are on April 23rd, and I don't know of any legitimate source that disputes that... although SI is sometimes wrong and these dates can change.

The Apr 15th date is significant because that is the date the tender offer from Paul Allen expires. There is confusion regarding this offer and whether it will go through I believe and on the 15th they will probably announce that it did in fact go through and that will clear up all the confusion. Allen being able to buy shares on the open market is only a part of the offer. As I said in an earlier post, someone sent me email from investor relations that said that insiders have already agreed to sell Allen the required shares to consummate the deal. GNET is required to make the same offer to all shareholders.

Earnings are only one week past the offer expiration and I expect they will be good... although the GNET balance sheet will really improve next qtr as a result of all of Allen's money.
