The fact that this issue was still trading on April 1 under HARTQ after the effective date would be a gret defense to an argument that the newly issued shares be provided to replace the old shares held. This will be addressed by either the company Monday, their attorneys or their accountant. I shall be contacting each. Jacalyn As well, at this link otcbb.com if you try to enter hartq or hart - there is "no match", so it WAS deleted as of April first but trading continued - my take on this is that it has to be converted to the new issue NBNI or lawsuits WILL put this firm under and I will be one to take the fight up as a cause. As a matter of fact, I am emailing this post to Heartland to prepare them. Jacalyn
