Thanks, Johnny for the posts.

My own thoughts on the price, just to pass some time:

Short term, the price is affected by emotion--excitement created by news, and excitement created by others excitement (ie momentum). Also, short term it is affected by lack of news--market makers can 'walk the price down'. Medium term, the price is affected by the quality of the news--does it show competitive advantage, does it reveal a large potential market, do future profits and revenues look promising?. Long term it is affected by actual earnings--what is the company proving it is really worth?

Since these are not separate time periods each contribute to the current supply/demand picture, resulting in a current 'agreed upon' price.

When there is a growing consensus that the long term picture looks very good the price in the short and medium term is unlikely to show weakness if average volume increases during this period. This occurs when the prospects are so positive that a larger investor base market is tapped than for a typical good news stock. IMO PNLK has a good chance of falling into that category.

I won't make price guesses here (although I'm not adverse to doing so just for fun), but I think we are on the verge of not just short term strength but medium term strength (at least a 3-6 month period) also due to the nature of PNLK's business, and their increasingly favorable position. As such, the overbought/oversold points for traders may become extremely hard to pick. I think it is likely that this time around more people will jump on the news for a short term play and end up changing their minds to stay in for the long term due to the nature of the news released. The corner the company is about to turn is likely to exapnd the investor base significantly IMO, which could result in increasing interest for many months.

Just my thoughts.

Best of success to all. Ted
