Anyone who bought on April 1st please contact me immediately. Also, anyone who spoke to the company, please contact me as well. I bought on the first. According to the 8-K the old shares were to be cancelled on the first and the new shares were to be issued on the first. I called the company. They told me that the old shares would be cancelled close of business the 31st. When I saw the shares trading, and up 100% on the first, I obviously believed I was buying the new shares in the new company. The shares no longer even appear on my account statement although the funds used for their purchase are gone. The CFO is due to call me on Monday. I will keep everyone informed. RCJIII
