Hi Dave, I just noticed an SEC filing SC 13G. I really don't understand the filing it has to do with Kennedy Capital Management who owns 366,000 shares I guess? They state ownership at 8.6% which again I don't understand in that there are 7.7 million shares outstanding which computes to an ownership of 662,000 shares to equate to 8.6%. Read the filing, fill me in will ya. As you know I've owned this stock for over a year and still feel it has the makings of a big gainer among small caps. However, until Scott & Barry start to get the news released and a clear picture of where saratoga is going all of us shareholders are going to suffer. Barry Witz's # is: 310-581-4030 Scott Halperin's # is: (908)363-3800 Somebody besides me please call and talk to these birds. Lets get this Cheese, Auto, Deli Company going. It sounds like like Saratoga will be an "HOLDING COMPANY" when all is said and done. Is that good or bad. Beats the hell out of me. Regards, Rick
