Folks this is the deal!The official change over did not occure on April 1st like you were led to believe. That is why you were able to countinue to trade. You will NOT be issued a new share for your old share. THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN! Anyone who is still holding any Old HARTQ shares will be sitting in limbo for a while. You will have to wait and see untill the dust settles and then you will recive Warrents. How much will they be worth? Don't know? When will they be in your account? Don't know? I got out on Thursday because I needed the money to trade with. If I had an extra thousand or two I would have just let it sit. It is still my belief that the people who are now really pissed will end up being pleasantly surprised when they find out that the warrents that they are holding are worth twice as much as the stock they had before. That is provided that things go well in the courts and Sprint buys them out! It seems a lock to me that someone will buy them out. Ironicly the only thing that might hurt the investors would be if a bunch of people started up a Class Action law suit. If that happens those warrents that were going to go to the old share holders will now go to pay the lawyers and the share holders.. And guess who ends up getting most of the money. The lawyers and the courts. This is an example on how the rich get richer and STAY rich. They make the rules!
