Hi Robin and all,

I have some questions regarding BIO:
1) Why they do not have a patent on DiabII?
2) Why they never published any research paper, not even abstract?
3) What is the efficacy of DiabII? From the mechanism of action shown on their home page, I suspect DiabII could induce tolerance and therefore not suitable for long term use.

How soon the licensing deal could be signed, and will it be signed, given all the doubts?
From the information I have I still cannot convince myself that this is a real drug.
