David, What are you talking about? I spoke with the company and they told me that the change over did occur. They said that the shares were to have cancelled on the 31st. They answered the phone with the new company name on the 2nd. Where do you get your info. If I don't get satisfaction, I am going to sue the company. I bought on the first,after the old shares were to be cancelled and the new shares issued. If this didn't occur, the company had the responsibility to tell the public in a press release or halt trading. How could they allow 3 million shares to be traded of a cancelled stock. Why did a cancelled stock open up 100%. RCJIII
