Suzanne,

"The interesting thing here is that the market will tell us who is right. In 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years the market will declare the winners."

I believe in less than 6 months we'll have our answer. Sink or swim. By that time all the financial horrors belabored for the past 2-3 days will have transpired, or, they will be a past worry.

I think things will work out. I've never understood much of what has been talked about these past days, the intracacies of PPs, etc.; never had an interest or vested reason. My recent education, harrowing at times, is much farther along, thanks to the many posters who obviously have a good understanding of such matters. I've never worn blinders regarding TSIG.com's precarious financial status, but admittedly, my eyes have not seen as clearly as they now do.

What I also see in TSIG.com, also now more clearly than ever, is considerable potential, a perhaps not unique business model as regards the MusicCard and other similar Cards, but one distinct enough, and one to be exploited on a grand enough scale so as to set TSIG.com apart from, I believe, any existing company, e-commerce involved or not.

I see revenues generated from the teleservices division that should rid TSIG.com of debt, make the company profitable, and make unnecessary additional draughts from the poisoned cauldron.

I also see a peer-acknowledged e-commerce genius hanging his well-recognized shingle in Silicon Valley, and I'm sure many of his past acquaintances have been notified.

I know for a fact that Golin-Harris was asked by certain TSIG.com investors to give a good hard look at our company, its management, where its been and progress made to date, and TSIG's potential. I know that TSIG's books did not escape perusal. I know that Golin-Harris does not need TSIG's money; G-H chooses its clients, not the other way around. G-H on board, to me, is a huge vote of confidence.

And I know we have talented management.

In less than six months we will have our answer.

Everyone is responsible for their own financial decisions. I'm holding fast.

Now I'm going to color easter eggs with my kids.

Best, Tim
