Build out time of WLL??? Does anyone have any idea what the ramp up or build out time would be for these licenses? How long before they would begin impacting subscriber numbers and/or revenues, assuming LWIN wins the bid and is approved for purchase by FCC?

Thanks in advance to anyone who may have some idea about this aspect. I like this company!
