For what it is worth this is My thoery. The Market Makers got Caught napping on this one. They loaded up big time when they heard about the SPRINT DEAL. They had all sorts of inventory. They get the word from HARTQ that the old shares are being cancelled. Rather then halt the stock they let it run more day so they can get there money out. I put a market order to sell my shares at the open. They sold at .14 at 1005 while the BID was at .20. These bastards kept raising the Bid but not letting anyone sell. They kept bringing in new investors at Inflated prices so the could come out even. On this deal. If you think that Market Makers in the BB world would never do such a thing then you have allot to learn. I'm afraid that if you are going to sue anyone it would have to be the 15 Market Makers. Good luck.
