review post 5535 (where i challenged another poster to identify a single specific objective that markman had publicly announced, but had failed to deliver on); post 5538 (where HC replies: "how about a major telco (other than qwest) doing a market trial?" BTW, in this post, HC -- the professed ardent long -- sneers that he will buy back into gmgc "in the $1's"); and post 5539 (where i challenged HC on his assertion re: markman's alleged claim about major telcos other than qwest going to market trials. BTW, no evidence was -- or could be -- produced by HC to back up this outrageous assertion).
more recently, note HC's comment about gmgc engaging in a second round of "death spiral convertible" financing...... once again, this was, and is, an utterly false assertion. reckless at best, malicious at worst.
