<K6-2 at 475 MHz. PII at 450 MHz. Read it and weep.>

Pretty funny, considering that you were accusing Intel-a-bees of grasping at straws. AMD hasn't even announced a K6-2 475, and you guys are leaping with joy because a vendor is jumping the gun on AMD's future plans.

And comparing the K6-2 to the Pentium II when you know that Intel isn't advancing the Pentium II anymore is also another example of grasping at a straw. Maybe you ought to say, "K6-2 at 475 MHz. Celeron at 433 MHz. Read it and weep."

By the way, which one can I purchase today?
