I heard they were considering on doing a huge Zero Coupon Convertible Subordinated Debentures in the range of 240 Billion Dollars and may be making a bid for AT&T. As you know AT&T has just been approved for the TCI merger. This would give Funphone a huge market share in the Long Distance and Cable business. hmmmmmm Things that make you go hmmmmmm. --Mark
