I think NAVR probably would have hit 10 before it's recent resurgance had it not been for the short covering that has occured (The shorts have held up NAVR offsetting the inside sales that have occured).
All that said NAVR should be a fun ride up to the eve of the spin at which point it'll be toss a few back and buckle up for the rollercoaster.
