BNYN's core business will be in transition. I see their core software product being a niche in decline with their business transisting to a software support business (tied to MSFT's objectives). Actually it's not all bad, the scarry thing about this company is mgmt's past track record of squandering away market share and technological advance. Currently it's unclear where they're going with switchboard of which the future will be their judge. I've been tempted to pick up some BNYN but actually have been scared off by mgmt's history of being too sleepy. Good luck, Mad2
