What did they run against it? I forget. In production with AMD wouldn't exactly bring on warm fuzzies to a stockholder, would it, considering their execution on prior MPUs?


K6-2 at 475 MHz. PII at 450 MHz. Read it and weep.


You're not paying attention. I said, as did Tench, that Intel is not embellishing the PII any more. The PIII will be at 550 MHz pdq, you know, and without any tricks.
