Warren Buffett, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway is on the board and I'll almost guess he doesn't care for the big bonus that management has been receiving at DIS... Buffett salary at BRK is only $100,000 a year and he is the richest man in the world.... I think that if DIS gives a chunk to Eisner that the stock will come off a little... I personally know shareholders who owned DIS and sold it after the payoff of Orvitz... This may be a buying op... I own a few shares of this one... JFisher
