Thanks David, read this information on Yahoo by "tx" on the message board. I shall be talking with the company Monday and get these specifics addressed; I did post and "highlight" this same information earlier this date along with that link and indicated that would be the only concern - the language wherein it did not stipulate replacement, just cancellation and new issue.
It would warrant investigation if there is NOT stock for stock swap in light of all the trading activity, and elusive nature of the company so close to the "effective" date; and the fact that (Wheeler, insider largest holder of common shraes) the major shareholder was filing form 4's with the SEC to indicate he was buying and holding over 2 million "common" shares at the "effective" date. Why would he buy and hold so many worthless common shares, you think he is stupid or maybe just has alzheimers or maybe bad stock habits.
Just curious and thank you for sharing your links. I apologize for confusing your activity or lack thereof with WIRL, there are so many you do jump in and out. My mistake on that one.
If I do lose on this one, won't be because I sell at a loss, it will be because the class action lawsuit will fail; however, whichever, I won't be nor will anyone on this board be in the shape of the man who filed this class action lawsuit in Dallas, Texas - who bought at least 300,000 dollars worth of this stock.
We have some things to be thankful for, thank you David for posting this post although I did not red the info at the links 50 times. I get the drift.
