Well, if you think Microsoft has the worst working environment, and conduct the worst hiring policy, it only proves that you have not been working in the corp America. The working environment in corp America is much worse than Microsoft.

I have seen People working in corp America for more than 10 years with a PHD degree, and had a lot of contributions to the company , being managed by a manager
with BS degree and 3 years of working experience.
I have seen people with very good performance but without a raise in annual review, while his collegue with a so so performance with high raise .

I have seen people with years of working experience and made a lot of contribution
to the company got laid off , while the fat which never perform still keep the jobs

If we judge the human right of Corps around the world , the Corp America should get a "F" in my judgement. The Hi growing Hi Tech industry is a result of hard working of a lot of PHD, but some of them are not treated right at all. What I talk
is solid fact which happens in Corp America every day !!!!!
