That's the reason David J now posts the Milesov 25+ list.
However, considering the lack of responsiveness in the smallcaps in general, we've done very well here to spot the ESPI's, INTAF's, INSUA's, PVII's, FRNT's, MACE's (nice job on that one Myron), SOF's, ASTN's, CMNT's, etc.
And of course, the PGDCEB plays, as purely mechanical as they are, pay little attention to the smallcap "problem" which is why Ivan and others interested in them have had the degree of success they enjoy in them.
With smallcap breadth being what it has been for a few years now, I'm very impressed with the work the thread has done in that arena.
