I disagree that there was any risk due to the court hearings. Ericy never had much of a case! Hey, you were right Mike! I am glad you got in early. I was busy making money on other stocks. I find it tough enough to figure out which stock to buy without having to worry about some how some Judge is going to feel when he wakes up in the morning. That is why I am using my gains in softy to buy QCOM. I don't want to be in MSFT when that decision comes down. The ones who are, and guess right, will make a bundle and needle me about how they were right about the case. I will wish them well, and still be glad I wasn't in at the time. Remember Mike, you look back in this life, you will die of remorse! I just take the money on the ones I am right on, forget my losers, and get on with it. All I can say is, the market has been very good to me! LindyBill
