Dan, maybe Steve's confusion extends to his intention to sell 100,000 shares. Perhaps he actually means to buy 100,000 shares since he seems to get things criss-crossed. Steve, it was I, Dan Smith, who criticized you, oops I mean I, Alan Brezin, who satirized you for filing to sell into your promotion. Hey, I wasn't necessarily making fun of him rather I was making a conditional statement. If he is selling while promoting, he is scamming unless he really needs the money and is taking advantage of a period when he expects some strength to sell into and wants to keep his options open by filing now. Lighten-up Steve- your mood not your position in the stock!
