Susan--Thanks for your efforts. I think have not been clear about my problem. I don't have any trouble finding my address book. When I am in my address book, I have lots of people listed but there names have disappeared. They are still in there because the little icon on each line of the Address Book is still there and when I type in the name I am looking for when sending a new message, the name will appear and I click OK and the Address appears in the e-mail box. So my system is workable, but I wonder how the visibility of the names disappeared suddenly several days ago. I used to be able to scroll down my addresses and click on the visible name. Myron
