In all honesty, I have absolutely no idea what is in the ground with that deposit! But I will say this, that with the stakes involved I do believe that it has to be good! You might check the RYO threads on Yahoo and here, some of the previous posters have ventured guesses, but I do believe that they are only conjecture! I know this does not help much but in my humble opinion Northgate could get a good bounce when the final shoe drops! Good Luck!!!!!!!
