Dear Mr. William S. Lerach, Esq.:

With reference HARTQ - Heartland Wireless Communications, Inc. aka "Nucentrix"
new symbol 4/1/99 NBNI changed 4/5/99 to NCNX

1) As a common stock shareholder as of March 31, 1999 - have I lost my equity in this
issue?

2) or do I receive the new issue as NCNX on a equal share for shre trade, or if a
percentage, wht would that be.

Also, are you aware of the active trading of up to than 3 million shares daily were being
made from March 15 through April 1 - that is right - April 1 under the symbol HARTQ,
when in fact, the OTCBB indicates that on April 1 the symbol WAS introduced as NBNI
and that NO trades on that issue were recorded; as of April 1, HARTQ did NOT exist,
yet over 3 million shares were bought and sold, AND that as of April 5, 1999 the new
symbol is NCNX - to represent their "new direction".

What would this activity mean and isn't something wrong?

I would appreciate your interpretation on whether the common stock shareholders voted
themselves out of any remuneration and voted to lose their equity in HARTQ and not
receive the new issue. If I am holding junk, please advise what action I may take to get
restitution. Thank you, Jacalyn M. Deaner
