Link to article: PS David, I just find it inconceivable tht persons holding common shares would VOTE to affirm their own loss - it boggles my mind. If it is the MM I shall just report this case to the SEC with all the documentation it will facilitate the SEC investigation and in their present zeal to get involved with trading, this will appeal to them.
