Rainyseattle- You will receive approximately 104.9 shares of ATHM for your 100 XCIT shares. The conversion is 1.049102 shares of ATHM for each XCIT share. I am using numbers that were posted some time ago. I do not know if these are totally accurate. I hope one of the ATHM gang will correct me if I am wrong.
